FAQ

Practical answers for buyers

Engineering specifications, lead times and certifications — answered.

Standard tolerance is ±0.005″ (±0.125mm). elevated-precision tolerance down to ±0.0002″ (±0.005mm) is achievable for critical robotic components like joint housings and bearing seats.
Prototypes can ship in 72 hours. Production orders in most cases take 2–3 weeks determined by complexity and quantity. Your quotation includes an estimated production schedule.
Yes. We machine hardened tool steels and apply wire EDM for materials that cannot be CNC-produced conventionally. Hardness up to 60 HRC is achievable.
Yes. offered services include hardware installation, bearing press-fit, helicoil inserts and full sub-assembly. components can be delivered ready for integration into your robot.
Nelotiv is ISO 9001 certified. We follow controlled conformance management processes and supply documented material and process traceability, CMM reports and Certificates of Conformance with every shipment.
